Ruud was born on 24 January 1948 in Tuindorp Oostzaan, a quarter of Amsterdam, North of the river IJ, as the fourth child of Dirk Streefkerk and Henrietta Elizabeth Bolt. Now, 68 years later, this is what became of him…..anyway, we shall have to put it in our pipe and smoke it…...
